What we want to hear about
- Corrections to anything we’ve published — a changed phone number, an outdated policy, a broken link
- Suggested primary sources we’ve missed — regulations, contracts of carriage, airline announcements, SITA or DOT data releases
- Airline policy changes, particularly to compensation caps, reporting windows, or claim procedures
- Your own traveler experience with a lost or delayed bag — the details you wish a guide had told you
What we don’t do
- Legal advice on your individual claim
- Negotiating with airlines on a reader’s behalf
- Recommending specific attorneys or claims services
We read every message. We can’t respond to every one, but your feedback directly shapes the guides we build.
